Bismillahr Rahmanir Rahim
Subhanna Allah, this article reveals how the Capitalism (ala democracy) as propagated by America and its allies in Iraq, through invasion, conquest, forced secularization and capitalization. http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satelli...=1259243063998 "The Iraqi government is responsible for the lives and dignity of these women and children, who've been trafficked and forced into prostitution," she said. "The US and UK government [are also responsible] for occupying Iraq and creating such a miserable situation for the population, whose only crime is being Iraqi. They should be blamed and held responsible for this situation whereby people can easily kidnap you and sell you for money. It's absolutely outrageous." "The women trafficking trade is at its height," Houzan Mahmoud, representative abroad of the Organization of Women's Freedom in Iraq said. "There has never been a situation as extreme, and it's frightening. Many of them have been trafficked to neighboring countries like Syria or the Gulf states or trafficked internally inside Iraq from one city to another." For the record, I have not been able to verify all that is said in this article. And this article only cites two secular NGOs run by women which means they have a their ideological slant. But there are many other sources which reveal how Iraqi women are being forced in sex slavery by Iraqi criminal enterprises. Criminal enterprises are inherit to capitalism. Governments use them as well as the military and rich elites who seek personal gain. http://www.commondreams.org/view/2009/06/26-6 |
