Terror No 2 Taunts Bush

Al Qaeda's deputy leader has mocked George Bush's plan to deploy 21,000 extra troops to Iraq, piling on the pressure ahead of the President's State of the Union speech.
In a new video tape, Ayman al Zawahiri challenged the US President to send "the entire army" to take on Holy Warriors.
The tape will ensure attention is focussed on Mr Bush's address tonight.
The footage was intercepted by Washington-based SITE Institute, which tracks al Qaeda messages.
Such recordings are normally posted on Islamic militant websites first.
Al Zawahiri said the US strategy for Iraq, outlined by Mr Bush in a January 9 speech, was doomed to fail.
The terror boss said: "I ask him, why send 20,000 (troops) only - why not send 50,000 or 100,000?
"Aren't you aware that the dogs of Iraq are pining for your troops' dead bodies?"
He continued: "So send your entire army to be annihilated at the hands of the mujahideen (holy warriors) to free the world from your evil.
"Because Iraq, land of the Caliphate and Jihad, is able to bury 10 armies like yours, with Allah's help and power."
