I have not seen anything (in English). May be there is something in Arabic which needs translating?

What analysis I have read regarding Iran is from the JZ era, if I find anything in a soft copy I'll post here.
I don't believe the party recognises sectarian divisions within the Ummah, thus it does not hold any views towards the Shia' in particular. It does have a neutral view towards the Ja'afari school of thought, no different in its view towards the Hanafi school.
However, by shere implication of what the party does adopt. It is at loggerheads with Shia'ism. For example, the party adopts only the Prophets and Messengers are ma'soum and that each individual Sahabi is trustful and it is not permitted to doubt their sincerity.
The party also adopts ijma-as-Sahaba as a source of Sharia - rejection if which amounts to taking one outside of Islam - because it entails doubt in the Qur'an and the finality of Prophethood. There are those who contend the Shia' reject ijma-as-Sahaba - Shia' deny this. Allah knows best.

Just as a note, what ever was issued by the Party under the 2nd leadership of Zaloom has been revoked and is not considered as adoption unless specified otherwise.
